What this site collects
Two things: what you type into a form, and anonymous figures about how the site is used. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising on this site.
When you send us an enquiry
The contact and quotation forms collect your name, email address, and whatever else you fill in — company, phone number, and the details of the job. We use it to answer you and to quote the work. Nothing more.
Submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which passes the contents of the form to our email and does not use it for anything else. If you would rather not use the form, phone, WhatsApp or email works just as well.
We keep enquiry emails for 12 months, then delete them.
When you browse
We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and which ways of contacting us people actually use. It records pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, the kind of device, and clicks on our phone, WhatsApp and email links. It sets cookies to tell one visit from another.
These are counts, not profiles. We cannot tell who you are from them, and we do not try to. Google keeps this data for 14 months. Their handling of it is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
If you would rather not be counted, browser privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on will stop it. The site works exactly the same either way.
Asking us to delete it
Email contact@xpresssolutions.lk and ask. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. We will do it.
Changes
If this changes — a new form, a different tool — this page changes with it. It describes what the site does today.
